2. Account Setup:
- Registration:
- Visit Djib-Payroll's official site.
- Engage with a sales rep for customized solutions.

- Employee Information:
- Post-subscription, receive a data spreadsheet.
- Complete it with employee specifics.
3. Operational Steps:
- Adding Employees:
- Go to “Employees” in the menu.
- Click “Add Employee.”
- Fill in details like ID CNSS, Mother's Name, Salary, etc.
- Adding Departments:
- Click “Add Department” in the menu.
- Enter department names like Accounting, IT, etc.
- Adding Taxes:
- Click "Add Taxes" in the menu.
- Upload relevant tax documents.
- A list appears showing all employees with their tax rates.
- Processing Advances:
- Select "Add Advance" from the menu.
- Enter Employee ID, input amount, and choose payment method. Djib-Payroll adjusts the
advance automatically.
- Recording Attendance:
- Select "Add Attendance" from the menu.
- Input Employee ID, select the date range. Djib-Payroll does the rest.
- Calculating Overtime:
- Click "Add Overtime" from the menu.
- Enter Employee ID, hours worked, and rate. Djib-Payroll calculates overtime
automatically.
- Running Payroll:
- Click "Add Payroll" in the menu.
- Choose the relevant date range.
- Click “Calculate.” Djib-Payroll processes the payroll automatically.
4. Reporting & Analysis:
- PosDjib-Payrollroll, inspect the final report.
