Application Settings

This section allows you to configure various aspects of your Djib-Payroll account and application behavior, including user profile, company details, subscription management, billing information, application preferences, and API access.

Overview of Settings Tabs

The Settings area is organized into several tabs, each focusing on a specific area of configuration:

1. Profile Info

Update your personal user details such as name, email address, and password. You can also manage your profile picture and potentially update company information like name, address, phone number, and logo.

2. Subscription

Review your current Djib-Payroll subscription plan (e.g., Standard, Premium). Options to change to a different plan or cancel your existing subscription are available here.

3. Billing

Access your billing history. You can view details of past invoices and download them for your records.

4. Preferences

Adjust application-level settings. This may include enabling/disabling features like automatic seniority calculations, setting default percentages for holiday overtime, or choosing whether to display the company stamp on generated payslips.

5. Download Template

Access and download pre-formatted templates (like Excel or CSV) designed for bulk data imports, such as uploading ITS tax scales.

6. API Token

Generate, view, and manage API tokens. These tokens are used to authenticate external applications or services that need to interact with the Djib-Payroll API.
