Reports
This module allows you to generate various customizable reports based on payroll and employee data, such as CNSS and ITS reports.
Overview
The Reports section provides tools to extract and format data for compliance and analysis. You can filter by payroll periods or date ranges and select specific fields to include in the generated reports.
Generating Reports
Follow these steps to generate reports:
1. Select Report Type
Choose the type of report you want to generate from the available options (e.g., CNSS Report, ITS Report, Custom Payroll Report).
2. Apply Filters
Customize the data included in the report using the filters:
- Payroll Period: Select a specific Payroll Number or leave blank to use date range.
- Date Range: Select a Start and End Date to filter records within that timeframe (if no specific Payroll is selected).
- Employee: Optionally, filter for a specific employee by searching their name or ID.
3. Select Fields (If Applicable)
For some report types (like custom payroll reports), you may be able to select specific data fields (e.g., Gross Salary, Net Salary, CNSS, ITS) to include in the output.
4. Generate and Download
Click the "Generate" or "Download" button. The system will process the data based on your selections and provide the report, usually as a downloadable file (e.g., PDF, Excel).
